*Minor issues with some of the Figures in the CreateSpace print version*

 It seems as though my converting the original A4 size PDF to a digest size via LaTeX package pdfpages has not worked perfectly well with the figures -- the bulk of which are PDFs, created with OpenOffice.org Draw and its PDF export. All the figures look and print just fine in the original A4 version as filed with TU Berlin and put on my website at bärwolff.de.
